Account Managers

The Account Managers at Nease, Lagana, Eden & Culley work with their respective NLEC Advisor(s) to oversee aspects of case design, underwriting, administration and service as it relates to the new business process. They act as a liaison between the client, client’s advisors, life insurance carriers and internal NLEC team members to obtain and/or communicate any information needed to process new business. The Account Manager role supports the new business process to ensure accuracy and efficiency for our clients.

Case Designers

The Case Designers of Nease, Lagana, Eden & Culley include Certified Financial Planners (CFPs), Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), Chartered Life Underwriters (CLUs) and Chartered Financial Consultants (ChFCs). With an average of 20 years industry experience, our Case Designers have in-depth knowledge of wealth preservation and transfer planning from implementation to ongoing monitoring. Each designer is well-informed about both NLEC proprietary products and industry products, including how these products work, their features and benefits, available tax advantages and potential limitations. Their goal is to provide the optimal strategic plan and product solution to achieve the best results for our clients.

Underwriters

Our Underwriting Team of industry veterans has the experience and knowledge to confidentially manage the medical underwriting process. We actively develop and maintain high-trust relationships with insurance carriers and medical professionals, allowing Nease, Lagana, Eden & Culley the ability to obtain the most favorable outcome for our clients. Through our continued training and participation in national industry events, our underwriters are among the most knowledgeable and respected in the industry.

Client Services Representatives

At Nease, Lagana, Eden & Culley, our Client Service Representatives provide the highest level of service to our clients and act as a value-added member of their advisory team. We are proud of the strong, long-term relationships we have forged with our clients and their advisors and the extended relationships we maintain with multiple generations of families. The Team is responsible for insurance administration including analyzing and reporting cash values for financial statements and reporting the economic benefit for split dollar life insurance. They support our clients by producing regular reviews which offer key insights into policy values and performance. They also process policy changes, such as owner and beneficiary updates, policy withdrawals/loans, death benefit changes and death claims.

Administrators

The Administrators of Nease, Lagana, Eden & Culley are responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations. Collectively the administrative team handles logistics management, budget/financial management, operational strategies, management of support services and third party relations. They work together to ensure NLEC’s operations run smoothly with a keen eye on outstanding customer service.
