Michelle Stephens joined Nease, Lagana, Eden & Culley, Inc. in 2003, bringing with her 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, in both home office operations and at the agency level. As a Client Service Manager, she works primarily with clients of Mark Eden and Brent Eden and the clients’ advisors, serving as the primary liaison between carriers and clients/advisors to facilitate the administrative aspects of policies. Additionally, she manages the annual review process for some of NLEC’s large client families, and provides information services on a proactive basis, such as premium administration, split dollar reporting and year-end reporting.
In her spare time, Michelle volunteers with a local animal rescue organization that is dedicated to rescuing dogs and cats from high-kill shelters across the state of Georgia. She has helped numerous dogs find their “happy ever after” in their forever homes.
